The 2013 Final Four was played April 6-7 at the Cēsis sports hall in Cēsis, Latvia. Hosts SK Cēsis finished the season undefeated and prevailed, 67-61, over TTT Rīga to win the inaugural title.
First place: SK Cēsis (24-0, Final Four 2-0) Ines Ajanovič (Serbia national team), Anda Eibele, Linda Vilde, Arta Strupoviča, Renāte Gasiņa, Zane Zeltiņa, Zane Lapsiņa, Inese Bundule, Dita Liepkalne (Hawaii), Keisha Hampton (DePaul), Kristīne Silarāja (Robert Morris), Ieva Vītola, Kimberly Butler (Great Britain national team), Zane Jākobsone (Houston).
